Michael is a really thinly written character but I think the actor does a lot to bring him to life. There's a lot of goofy charm to him.

I know Petra's done some objectively awful things, but there's something so vulnerable about the actress that I can't help but root for her anyway. I think it's the giant weepy eyes.

FUCK DUKE

Technically, everyone has an accent…

Aw, I have a real soft spot for him now because of Brooklyn 99 so yay!

The 100 writers: So what do you want in the finale?
Me: idk man just fuck me up

Eddie trying to convince his mom to let him go to a Dr Dre concert with 'But he's a doctor!' was INSPIRED.

???? at this grade - I thought it was by far the strongest episode yet. Really solid joke writing and even though the B-plot was a little thin, I thought A-plot was really well done and heartwarming on a lot of levels.

I thought the plot would last longer too, like over several episodes? They hammered home Jake's daddy issues so hard in the first season, I guess I just thought it would be a bigger deal.

God, just thinking about what happens at the end of S3 is giving me heart palpitations. I shrieked so loud when it first aired and accidentally kicked my dog in the face.

"Has generally good intentions but can not hide her disgust and disdain at everything" is basically Gina to a t.

Will Forte's performance is curiously moving in this. He finds a lot of sadness in a role that could easily be very hammy and indulgent.

I love the moment where Jake tells her he's lost the ring and Chelsea drops to the ground out of shot because you just know she's collapsed very dramatically onto the floor and it's somehow funnier for not being on screen.

That idiotic face Andy Samberg was making in between Jenny and the dude she was dancing with made me laugh for way too long.

I'm kind of drunk but I think I'm actually starting to like him????????? Like his interaction with Kate McKinnon as Ruth Bader Ginsburg was kinda cute??????????????? And I think he's doing a lot better than Che is???????????????

If nothing else, this episode showed me I'm not making the most of my Mac/iPhone.

Something I don't think I've seen mentioned is how well and how naturally Constance Wu is pulling off the 'mom' aspect of the role. She's only 26 in real life, but all the tiny details in her performance, from how she interacts with the boys to the way she touches their heads and rests her hands on their shoulders -

Man, the casting for kids on this show is great. Evan and Emory (sp?) are quickly becoming a highlight for me and even Eddie's interchangeable white friends at school have stellar comic timing. I hope none of them suffer from Nolan Gould syndrome on Modern Family and get more self-conscious and forget how to act as

According to a writer's Twitter, apparently he speaks university-level Mandarin in real life? But yeah, it was pretty awful.

Yikes. I hated these two episodes. The first one just didn't work for me at all and the second one was too rushed and jam-packed with too many guest stars to really make any sort of emotional impact.
