You can go on any diet and lose weight. I’ve been on all of them. But to keep it off and maintain the loss, you have to adjust so much more. Mindset, lifestyle, etc. And that is what they teach you to do.

I realize that the younger generation is not up on their dining etiquette (the term R.S.V.P is now extinct) but in my day, it was pretty much known that it was bad form to bring your children to a restaurant after a certain time. Unless it was a family restaurant. But certainly not a pub or a fine dining place.
