My husband and I are planning a trip to the Smithsonian and have no idea how to tackle that monster. No sure of logistics, days to go, where to stay etc .And there are no tours to help. I’ve looked.

That’s the thing, you don’t get off the diet, when you hit goal they move you into maintenance. It’s not a diet and you don’t go off it, it’s a way of life if the program is followed. If we are to be successful and keep it off, you have to get into the mindset that this is for the rest of your life.

Good for him! Weight Watchers is the only program that I was able to stick to and keep weight off for any length of time. I joined back up just a few weeks ago and I really love the new program. Best they ever had. For the first time in my life , not only did I not gain weight over the holidays, but I actually lost.
