I really wish that’s not true. But I know better.

I’m sure someone will get offended by them. Somehow. Somewhere.

I’d say it would be kind of odd not acknowledging Renee Montoya since that’s already established with the character.

That’s indeed a good point. Duly noted.

If we didn’t give a pass to Marvel for that “blink and you miss it” gay mention in Avengers or Star Wars RoS for that kiss, we’re shouldn’t be celebrating a passing mention just for the sake of “See? They care!”. Come on.

Cheetara is back, yay!

I’m totally not concerned by the swearing and more concerned that in 300 years they haven’t found a replacement for earbuds.

1) R-Rating. They want her character to be their Deadpool and she’s not so the “R” rating hurt it.

A movie called Birds of Prey but mostly centric in the most obnoxious character from a failed movie and with little development of the titular Bird of Prey characters didn’t attract audience?

Well, not to disappoint you, but don’t check the box office...

I’m honestly not fond of the admiration some figures at DC get as gatekeepers of the characters, like only their vision is now valid about them and everything they say is gospel.

You hear that? It’s the scream of excitement of a billion souls in unison.

The only times Mogul has a job is when they need a “threat” that can be disposable. He could be a great nemesis.

Of all the characters in the comics, Reed Richards is the one I’ll ever despise. Because you know Doctor Doom is evil, you know Tony Stark has done some questionable things, but there was this time, in that crossover cited in the comic, when they found hisdiary” (Sue would later face Doom and tell him she was sure

Apparently that’s more “empowering” than making them, you know, actual characters.

Well, sounds exactly what I thought it would be.

Simple yet clever, and still very well done. Kudos.

Or rather not do anything at all, you know? We don’t need another sequel in those circumstances.

Nah, it’s a tired trope. There’s no need for that James Bond anymore. What it used to signify it’s rooted on the past, and “updating” it seems to me to be pointless: you got other characters and franchises doing it better nowadays and with different flavors, why have the same damn flavor? Because some nostalgia?
