I was watching DBS with my 5 yo daughter and she turned to me and said “you’re a good dad like Vegeta, he cares for his kids and his wife, Goku only likes to play fighting with other people”.

“This character is a vampire and should have fangs”
This is a simply delightful interview. Came for Castlevania and stayed for the engaging conversation. Kudos.
No, it’s that young people keep doing the same stupid shit we made, but now they have an audience.
It started as a weirdness sprout, then blossomed.
So Peach made Toadette wear the crown to make her Peachette and then she was abducted by Bowser. Then Bowser, thinking it was Peach, did the nasty with Peachette and voila, the Koopalings were born.
If the people behind Wonder Boy: Dragon’s Trap remake are doing this, I’m expecting not only a great product, but also a labor of love.
Wait wait wait... Let’s think this through. Maybe a movie is asking too much.
Can’t remember, honestly. Was there such a backslash with The Danish Girl?
That’s silly.
Every single time I read “Starlord fucked up!” it’s like they weren’t paying attention. THAT’S SUPPOSED TO HAPPEN, FOR FUCKS SAKE!
Who would have thought that if you take a young 18-20 something guy, give him money and fame for something so trivial and convince him he’s the big shit, some of them could believe their own hype, not have strong moral beliefs and be dipshits?
Really liked the video, I wasn’t expecting not only the nostalgia trip, but a good point of view of how every single thing contributed to build it up in your mind.
But here’s the thing: it IS a Mario game at heart: while Doki Doki Panic! is based on a mascot/anime license for some Japan event, Nintendo’s Mario team worked on it, so when it came around to send a Mario 2 game to USA it was a no brainer.
Oh boy, can’t imagine how would you feel living in Mexico and trying to get a VISA to visit the country RIGHT NEXT TO US. You basically pay a good ammount of cash just for the privilege of TRYING to get one. The process should be as simple as “if you got the right papers and can prove you’re not trying to get to USA…
I don’t disagree, but please, really, in the future, abstain to be so extreme. That’s EXACTLY why people are ready to pull triggers, because everyone is on the edge.
Clerks reference on point.
For starters, it’s not like the rebel alliance / resistance, etc. have a ton of ships that size to dispose at every chance. Something smaller wouldn’t be that effective.
As a person that was literally born with Star Wars back in ‘77, dreaming about the rebel alliance, Darth Vader, the lightsabers and the awesomeness of the Millennium Falcon (which I never had as a kid, damn you Santa). And here I am, 40 years later watching a Star Wars film and loving every minute of it.
