There was a window of opportunity for Half Life 3 to be released. It passed a long time ago. Anything that Gabe publishes at this point will never live up to the hype.

For some reason I never was disappointed in the game. I liked MGS a lot, but totally forgot about it. Fast foward a few years and I’m in Quebec, during winter, with nothing to do. I read somewhere there’s a sequel to MGS, and it has a PC port. I fire it up, do the tanker chapter and find myself later playing as Raiden…

I had the original figure when I was a kid (I wish I could go back in time and prevent me and my mother for giving away my toys, goddammit!). I was always confused regarding why it came with Buzzsaw instead of Laserbeak.

I’m going to theorize that’s the one he wanted as a kid and never got, so he became bitter and hates him now.

I’ve always wondered if 3D modelers ever get aroused when doing that level of detail. Like getting too deep into their own creation.

I’m more concerned with the character design. WTH? I’m not a big fan of Squirrel Girl, but come on, that looks... wrong.
