A fair amount of Scorcese's films fit the category he states I suppose, but his career has been quite varied in my opinion even branching out to genres such as horror/supernatural and child-adventure in the incredibly underrated Shutter Island and Hugo.

Eh it was definitely it's weakest season, but other then Dorne(which did suck) and a little bit of a rush job at the end of the season event-wise as well as too many cliffhangers(Shireen, Myrcella, Jon Snow, Stannis all dying, etc.) it was still close to exceptional. Other then a select few shows…
