To preface this, I work at a shop that primarily makes high performance cars faster. We specialize in GTRs, AMGs, and other high end cars. I don’t have a dyno graph handy for you, but we have seen significant enough gains between them that it is worth going full catless if you are after power. With that being said, if

Ive driven a 997.1 turbo with tiptronic. it was atrocious especially compared to PDK.

This example is pre-PDK, so it has the awful tiptronic automatic. This transmission is so far from being responsive or good that its laughable. Truly ruins the dynamics of the car.

This all depends how they are tinted. I tinted my taillights and there is no noticeable difference in light output on my taillights.

Find me a good condition 964 Turbo for 65k right now.....

My family were Golf members at The Bridges in Rancho Santa Fe, CA for 3 years. I golfed a couple times a week while living there. They have a cart with a back seat.... I would also say they are a credible club, seeing as they used to host a PGA event called the Battle at The Bridges. Additionally there are active PGA

BW rent a car in LA will rent you a carrera S cab for like $400 a day, or a cayman for $190 a day. Both of those are pretty road trip friendly if you ask me, and somewhat reasonable.

idk where you are located, but if you are in SoCal Give ACG Automotive a call. They did mine.

Get a tune for it. I have a stage one untronic chip in my TDI. about 300lbs of torque and 170hp. Really improves the car.

This is false... I heel toe my 2012 Golf TDI all the time with no issues. You just can't hold the gas and the brake at the same time as if you were trying to brake boost. IDK why you would ever do that as they are painfully slow and hit full boost instantly anyway.

Have you driven any of them? The vantage is actually a very fun little car. If I was looking at a 911 carrera S I would also go and drive the Vantage GT. They are far less common than 911’s and sound amazing. They drive very well as well.

They have a 911S/ F-type V8 competitor already... Its called the V8 vantage GT. They are right around 110k, which last time I checked is about the same or a touch more money than an F-type V8 and a bit less than a Carrera S.

You can launch Built GTRs all day long reliably. That GTR isn’t making anything to ridiculous as far as big build GTR’s these days. That car will be perfectly reliable.

except at the end of the day your driving a ford not a porsche...

Swap the wood for some carbon fiber, the auto for a manual and this car is a great buy. Even with the auto, its not the worst thing in the world. Throw some money at making power and you will stop caring about the auto. That being said, theres enough manual’s for sale that there is no reason to settle.

Sorry if it was me! Ive raced karts for years!

In that case there is a relatively high chance that kid was me.

and if somehow you can't keep up in the corner, you are sure as hell going to catchup and pass anything out of bmw once the road straightens! Peoples misconception that C63's can't handle is such a lie.

In addition, deleting the primaries on a C63 and tuning for it yields very big gains in the 100hp range on non-performance package cars. You can definitely feel it. I've driven a stock car back to back with one that had a tune and resonator delete then a tune+headers. The difference between tune and headers can be

Tune+headers on a C63 is good for up to 100-120hp on a non performance package car.
