Hello! The conspiracy theory regarding Ancel Keys “manipulating” data is largely a myth. I was really interested in this myself and went back and read the 7 Countries literature and it’s extremely well-documented and moderately interpreted. If you’re interested in this, I’m linking to an article I wrote on this which

As a fellow Texan, you are absolutely correct and this stubborness is hurting the people who need help the most. Also, fuck Dallas.

Oh, you say that now, but four or five beers in and you’ll be talking about polling numbers and focus groups.

As a Texas native I think can weigh in on his thought process.

That’s pretty much the perfect example of Lawful Evil if I’ve ever seen one right there...

Yeah, please fuck off forever. I’ve lived through catastrophic natural disasters. People need to eat and drink clean water. Christ, go jerk yourself off with Atlas Shrugged again, you wretched piece of shit.

Go directly to hell, you absolute nightmare of a person.

Record companies gouged us for years with CD sales that they promised would last forever, before walking it back with the whole “pitting” issue. Sorry about that, they almost said.

Speaking as a kid who grew up in the CD era, that feeling of excitement absolutely existed with CDs. Almost exactly how you describe it.

Plus being a white guy with a shaved head is especially problematic in the current political climate.

I know Kyrie’s an upgrade over Isaiah, but I don’t know that he’s that much of an upgrade. Isaiah put up monster stats last season and he and Kyrie play pretty much the exact same style of basketball, so it seems unlikely that Kyrie is going to improve that much on what IT did last season.

I feel ya. Kyrie’s waaay better than Isaiah, though I have definite concerns about him. I think this trade hinges on what happens with the pick. Are the Nets suddenly a 35 win team in the east? Do the cavs trade it for a decent piece, if LeBron indicates he wants to stay? This is all gonna be so fun this year.

Ah, okay- I thought it was only one. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad Ainge finally did something with this stockpile of assets; I just wonder if this was the best deal to make

Except that Herbert’s successors were far from qualified.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a trade where each team ends up with a different-sized version of the player they already had.

I don’t know when this freckle on my elbow became kind of flaky and weird, but now that I do know, I probably should get it looked at. Just because I didn’t notice it earlier doesn’t mean it still isn’t a problem to be dealt with.

totally agree, but then i like 928s too

You basically summed up my response first time I saw it.

My vote would be for an earlier Hummer. While the H2 went on sale in the early ‘aughts and not the ‘90s, it, too, was a harbinger of things to come. It was bro, before there were really “bros.” It was one of the first gas guzzlers in a long line of gas guzzlers, and it definitely embodies the ‘EXXXTREME’ attitude of a

I didn’t come in here and scream that AFRICANS DID IT FIRST...
