The scene with the shootout that culminates with Reggie dooring Luther was filmed on the block I grew up on. We lived just a couple buildings away from where the shootout starts.

There was one about ten minutes from me outside Las Vegas that recently shut down. And yep the bread was super good.

I worked at the arcade on Pier 39 in San Francisco in the late 80's/early 90's; the pinball trifecta of Funhouse, Earthshaker and Whirlwind was the absolute best. Thank Jeebus for free credits!!

I remember it but never went. Market St or the Pier was tons easier for a Mission kid to get to. There was also the one on Golden Gate or Leavenworth which had lots of games but was on the Tenderloin. That one was around for ages..

Spent way too much time at Fun Center as a kid. You went to Fun Center if you wanted to play the latest games or you went to Funtasia at Pier 39 if you wanted less chance of being murdered…

I might be mis-remembering the final scene, but after the screen goes dark, don't we hear the sound of a turn signal clicking? I always assumed they (at least initially) made a run for it.

Hollywood Shuffle. Robert Townsend's flick though there were some Wayans' in it.
