The term “accident” implies that it was an unavoidable “oopsie”. This was not an accident.

What car or truck you drive absolutely is my business. Massive pickup trucks are more dangerous to pedestrians and to other drivers than a small sedan is. So when you choose to drive one, you’re putting other people at greater risk than if you were to choose a safer, more reasonable car.

Nice car, but please don’t park it on a sidewalk. Those are for pedestrians, not cars.
