“I’m not grasping for as many straws as it may appear.”

I disagree. This is silly.

Spider-Man, and all superheroes by extension, are cops. They just don't go fulfilling the will of the State.

It’s comedic. Get over it.

The deception is part of the game’s world. The game literally has NPCs who troll you.

Yet another “why is this even an article on Kotaku?” moment.

I don’t post notes like this in Soulsborne games, nor do I find them funny... however, getting tilted enough to make a 2 page dissertation on the matter is fucking ludicrous. Go outside. Lighten up. Do literally anything else with your life.

Who gives a shit? This is like saying “Blocks are great except kids spell BOOBS”.

But is it worth it for Yang et al to be able to publish their games on Steam when Valve won’t clean up the rest of it?

“If you look at where we are as an industry in wireless, each of the competitors out there is embarking on a very different strategy.”

Calm down, snowflake

Who said anything about infinite content post release or them being slaves?

I would KILL for an actual, old school rpg on mobile that has zero social mechanics, timers, or loot box purchases.

Guns do not load bullets or shoot people themselves. Do you have anything related to the discussion to say?

Yes, the problem is people and it’s not hand waving. Facebook provides the same platform to everyone else in the world and it’s not causing violence. Facebook is toxic to the world for it’s own reasons, but you have to hold people responsible for their actions.

I hate facebook as much as anyone else, but I don’t think it’s fair to say failure to moderate is fueling conflict. The people posting are the ones fueling conflict. Facebook is just the medium.

What do you mean by social justice? Is it just a word you use to describe everything you think is good? Or do you mean it in the sense of collective justice?

Equal rights under the law was achieved 40+ years ago. Modern feminism has literally zero do to with equal rights in any Western country.

It’s called socalism and communinsm. It never works well in the end. The idea is sound, but the realistic logic is flawed. It can work in limited capacity, amongst a small amount of people, for a limited time, before it ultimately falters. It NEVER works in large scale settings.

Yuck. I would avoid that company like the plague. As she says, everyone is currently underpaid. The only person who comes out ahead is her as the owner of the studio by underpaying people.

Well, you ARE a racist

Maybe Google’s mistake was playing the diversity game. Maybe they should just hire people on their skills and experience, pay them what they are worth to the company, and treat everyone exactly the same—as grown adults in a workplace environment.
