Suggestions: buy a bed before a recliner and don't buy a Keurig at all. The bed will be one of the biggest things you have to move and it almost always goes in the back of the apartment. Plus if space is limited in a studio, you need the bed more than the recliner.

Off-topic, but apparently Dick Cantwell just left announced he is leaving Elysian over the AB-InBev buyout and was already scheduled to give a talk on Thursday at the Craft Brewer's Conference titled "Exploring Elysian's Exit Strategy". I really hope that is still happening.
