My thought as well. Polyvinyl looks bad because either A. this was either something they knew about or easily could have known or B. they have drastically over-reacted to an unproven claim. And it sounds like the right answer is probably A.

On the one hand, I'm glad to see a commercial entity acting quickly to defend alleged victims. ON the other hand, we just watched Conor Oberst go through this and it turned out to be false. These allegations should absolutely be pursued and justice done, but these allegations were made like 4 days ago.
