Meh...I doubt its just for the blind. I think a lot of people would like this feature. I know I would.

Why? I’m blind or anything but I turn on the tv just to listen to it all the time. This would be even better.

Fortunately, thats not how EMPs actually work. Microchips are not very vulnerable, the danger to something is based on the length of the wires in its circuits. The power grid with thousands of miles of wires strong out in the open? Very vulnerable. Your car, smart, phone, etc...not very.

I’m not sure what you are talking about. ABS is proven to increase braking distance. Its for maintaining steering while braking, not actually braking shorter.
