Anytime anyone tries to tell me how “smart” Rick and Morty is I laugh and just explain how most of their “smart” jokes are just dumbed down version of jokes that were better done in Futurama.

Yeah. BMI was meant as a way of categorizing populations, not individuals. It should never have been used to assign a number to an individual person.

Having a goal that requires months of sustained training is probably going to be more effective than just saying “I’m going to start doing activity X until I weigh Y.” I mean that CAN work, but seeing the results of your efforts is highly motivating.

He does practice, by screaming at the neighbor kids to “get off his lawn!” Also he watches a lot of Larry David. ;-)
