I just got back into that game too. I started a new PSN account, instead of doing a NG. So my soul level is oh so low right now.

Robotech: Crystal Dream for the N64's cancellation broke my heart like none other.

Every now and then, I yearn for the cult classics. Seems like the PS1 and PS2's library were so ridiculously large, that so many great titles slid by unnoticed. Anyone remember Robot Alchemic Drive?

Vanquish. I really really enjoyed it.

I'm happy to tell you its not Battlefield: LA or Sucker Punch. The movies were so-so.

I agree. SOCOM 4 just isn't an entertaining title. I've more-or-less forced myself to play through the game while the beta is open, just to enjoy some free gameplay.
