Love it or hate it, but Operation Flashpoint (the original, not O:FP2) and the Armed Assault series have an incredible mod library.

@Ultraviper: Err, they give you options. Honestly, I find classic mode boring. I've been play multiplayer alpha (survival mode) exclusively with a good buddy of mine.
The Wing Commander series was so great, so promising.
@DocSeuss: With match-making? I hope it's not like MW2's spec-ops mode with no match-making.
@heretrix: Colony Wars. My god that game looked good. I loved the branching storyline. It made every mission feel important. It also made failing a mission, but not dying, a reason to continue on without restarting.
@Chumley_Marchbanks: Nailed it.
I just finished playing Vanquish. (No worries, no spoilers here.) I got the game Tuesday, and beat the game on normal Saturday morning.
@Relic142: Agree. That's still my favorite trailer.
Anyone playing hardcore mode? What are your impressions? I'm a FO3 player who plans are starting F:NV this weekend.
@MastaDebaiter: Yep.
@HungerSTGF: A lot of us are waiting for fixes to multiplayer survival mode.
@Jtails: I know a number of committed WoW players that haven't tried SC2 yet.
Robot Alchemic Drive for the PS2.
@Nexus6: Ditto.
@Chad_Sexington: I agree. I was thinking $40 or below.
The machines in Tourist Trophy just felt right. IMHO, no other motorcycle game since has matched its offering.
Loading this page, the image of this car took my breath away.
@Herabek: So true. I recieved a 80G PS3 as a gift years ago, and I nearly broke my neck to get a used 60G w/backwards compatibility. It was a sad sad day when that 60G died.
@chaos_isnt_here: Games like Civ4 and Rome: Total War got me thru college (as well as causing a few study-habit scares).
@buckstevens: Woot! :D
