I would not even put a clear coat on stainless. The only thing we’ve been able to stick to stainless is powder coating, and only because customers ask for color items... imagine that buying stainless to have it coated in solid colors, not even translucent.... but Hey!, whatever they want is just an upcharge away! ;P
