It's just so easy to download pirate games, movie and music. Just google. Many sites like torrent, uploading sites like 4shared, mediafire, forums. Although it's illegal to download, who is going to catch you for it? Almost everyone is doing, so how to fine or jail everyone for downloading pirate files.
