Um. No. Buy spices in the amount you are going to use in the within the time it will take the spice to expire. Buying bulk is almost always a waste. Some spices are fine to buy at the grocery store, and some are best found at a dedicated spice and herb shop that sees good turn around. Ethic markets are hit and miss…
