Who knew Old Yeller was a tutorial?
Who knew Old Yeller was a tutorial?
I counter that Morgan's violence was met with compassion because he happened to stumble upon the one guy who could see through his pain - how lucky was that? Morgan isn't a forensic psychologist - he's just trying to be a better person.
Fair enough. It just got me to thinking last episode when everyone got eaten. All I could think was "but everyone is infected. Why would a virus encourage the dead to eat infected? It stops further spread?" But yes, most of the time I write it off as "Because zombies."
SyFy did do that spin-off for set designs, though, right? Hot Set . It was like Face Off, except with set construction and design!
The Pirate one makes me think of the vastly superior FORT BOYARD - a French game show where contestants have to go through a pirate-y fortress, except without wearing costumes of their own. I highly recommend watching some old episodes - according to wikipedia it's been on for almost 30 years! I loved watching that…
Request for a spoiler - maybe:
What is the Wolves' philosophy? Like, is it anarchy? It's not cannibalism. I haven't read the comics, so I'm not sure what's going on with them anymore. Are they like the Guilty Remnant from The Leftovers? (I don't like that show, but I'm trying to find a comparison.)
It's because their pupils are horizontal instead of vertical.
Oh, go twirl your over-flowing mustache/goatee…
That's why they did a montage (montage!).
Yes?
I mean, it's really convenient from our omnipresent view to note how his practice fails. The problem, which I will admit is a problem, is that while the stay/go choice works in a one on one situation, there is a ripple effect once you step back.
"Lawrence of Alabia?" Please, that joke was already done by Sex and the City 2. It wasn't cute then, and it's still not funny.
Ok episode. I thought that foreign policy bits were a bit heavy-handed and didn't avoid the allegory as much as I would like. Same with the immigration comparisons with that Zygon in Truth or Consequences.
“You stay, or you go. Those are the choices. I will not allow you to kill me.”
This is the argument I have with my friends who watch TWD. They tend to be big Carol fans, whereas I believe that Eastman's philosophy is the only way to create a sustainable reality.
It's because those bugs were silent and there was no music or anything. So apart from the chittering sound of legs, there was no noise. Especially for those leeches. Those were terrifying!
Pfft - $450 for a fully loaded Baltic. Drop in the proverbial bucket. Now Pennsylvania Ave on the other hand…
And poor Mickey can't stop them! They're out to get him in the end. Thank goodness for the Moses wizard.
Really, they're all just celebrating and macabre and such. It's not evil in intent (though its intent might be evil).
A washbasin. The clowns knocked over a bottle of champagne into a bucket. Dumbo drinks it to cure his hiccups, and the Timothy falls in when he notices Dumbo acting drunk.
AAAAAAHHHH!!!
"I can't stand it any longer!!"
*swoosh* * BANG*
