Back when I did Netflix DVDs, I ordered Predators by mistake ( I mean to order Predator, and wasn't paying attention).

Exactly. And if you don't get the lie straight off, it really can hurt you. In Coup in particular you have to lie immediately or risk losing the game.
There were two, actually: Darth Vader, and a Storm Trooper. I bought my nephew the Darth Vader.
Will check that out, thanks! The sequel looks promising.
Did the Conquest of Speros Kickstarter. It took an inordinate amount of time to get the game. And of course once at Gen Con there were so many other games to play (and True Dungeon) that poor Speros stayed in the bag. Plus there was my quest to find Cosmic Encounters - Gen Con demands much of its attendees.
Exploding Kittens has been a lot of fun for even my non-gaming friends. It's proving to be a good gateway game. Also (this ties into a post above), the Kickstarter did phenomenally well because it was simple and did not promise outlandish rewards.
Did you like the XCOM board game? I loved the video games, but am on the fence about how that can translate to the board.
I just thought the white shirt was under that giant black cardigan. And of course Claire would have a headband at all times.
Really fun article! Thanks for slogging through for our benefit. Also nice to know why my Facebook exploded about Force Friday. I thought it was another one of those day things like May 4…
This might explain why Duty Free had that Star Wars cologne for sale!
As opposed to Sith Saturday.
I bent my Wookie!
True. It no longer works because everyone is looking to collect. Manufacturers know this, and make more to accommodate collectors. The result is too much supply.
Haven't seen this one yet (my DVR seems to be off a week), but I'm curious - what is the argument against VICE? I fell off watching that show after a season, and the above summary suggests there is lampooning to be done. Why?
Really ambivalent about Planet Terror because it was too camp for me. But I consider Death Proof one of my favorite Tarantino movies, and the music played a large role in that. I remember when I first saw it and it was just this amazing story about strong women being strong - really well done.
"Einstein wasn't invented yet…but you're no Einstein."
Hilarious first episode. I was drunk tired watching it, and Stephen Merchant and all those tiny balloons had me giggling. Really well done and now I'll be a continual watcher.
It might be "dated" but the valets emotionally and physically reacting to the word "Khaleesis" will always make me chuckle!
Now there's an idea - a stool you can just pedal around. You'd never have to get up!
As a huge fan of the AC II arc (through Revelations, even with the weirder elements), I thought the art was a nice way to immerse a player further into the game. It introduced me to lesser known art pieces. I also thought that story wise there was an element of saving pieces from the Templars, which is what saved it…
Thanks. You have a wonderful vocabulary…for a punk.
He's clearly enjoying himself. That's what makes him so watchable. He's a bit like the Rock - high charisma rolls.
