I don't want to minimized the impact, but I thought the music made the whole affair clearly non-threatening. That's what makes it such an interesting scenario which causes debate! Or at least, what makes it infuriating. We can see the justification clearly, but we (pardon the general inclusion) also understand that our standards of behavior do not match. They're both wrong and right.
