While I don’t blame this show for similarities given the timing of when it would have gone in to production....we are almost *certainly* going to get SLAMMED with WandaVision wannabe meta-commentary style sitcoms in short order.

I would amount their terms and policies to theft and fraud. Anything on the store should not be labeled as a purchase, but more a loan until they decide (for any reason) that you do not deserve it. You can appeal, but that takes about a week and then you’ll get a generic response email that barely covers your actual…

I would not recommend buying this with the plan of using a burner account. They have they have methods to determine if you’re using a real account or not, but it’s bad enough it will sometimes flag real accounts (like mine). They will require you tie it to a cell phone even though they say it’s optional to use a phone…

You can make a burner account but if they get any inkling that it’s a burner, in any way shape or form, they’ll kill the account and you’ll lose all your Oculus purchases.

I’m currently debating whether to get a Quest 2 or not. Can you do a burner account or does FB try to do something creepy like verify it against payment methods etc.

This was supposed to be the 35th Anniversary. And they only gave us....this. I have a bad taste. The worst part was that they didn't even mention an anniversary.
