It’s nice to see Sinbad return to the DC universe.

But one new detail is that it’ll star...Sinbad. Yes, the comedian Sinbad.

Say what you will about the reboot but that was one HELL of a teaser.

The Matrix. It was so mysterious. Looked like an action movie, but the bullet time was still intriguing at the time. It didn’t mention anything about the world as a simulation. Then Morpheus’ voice over at the end, “Unfortunately, no one can be told what the Matrix is. You have to see it for yourself.”

Heartbreaking. I got a great photo op and autograph with her at the last Star Trek Las Vegas convention and she was a delight. But it was also obvious that everything is very draining on her. When I got this picture autographed she was sweet as can be, but her voice was very weak and I felt it was time for her to stop

She’s had a pretty good arc over Guardians 2 through Endgame.

I feel after Nebula’s fairly small part in GotG 1, everyone realized “Wait a minute, Karen Gillan is really talented” and started writing more stuff for her to do. Her emergence as a major character has been quite satisfying.

Nebula was seriously the stealth MVP of Endgame. I already can’t wait to see more of her in future films.

Oh my god, are they TRYING to piss off Nebula??

My first thought was that scene was kind of a fuck you to all the incels that cried about Capt. Marvel but then I read about someone that overheard a little girl in the theater exclaim “oh look, daddy!” at that shot and realized that scene might have been for her rather than the rest of us jaded fucks.

I feel like you’re really leaving Gamora and Nebula in the dirt here. Nebula doesn’t even get a mention! GOTG2 took time to let the two of them fight, talk it out, sort of reconcile but not really, and then kept it going across timelines and alternate universes in Infinity War and Endgame. The fanservicey theatrics of

Makes me feel better about getting 17-18hwy in my Gladiator

It looks pretty great. I dig the art style, music, and overall vibe. Big fan of super-colorful and weird planets in the style of ‘50s sci-fi art.  And after how amazing SteamWorld Dig 2 was, I’m looking forward to seeing what they can do in 3D.  Hopefully it comes to PS4 or Switch eventually.

Breaking news: developer makes game for a new platform!

I mean, I was unashamedly riling up idiots in the most recent Avengers/Spider-Man article the day before yesterday. And yesterday.

Gotta keep the lights on somehow. And it ain’t gonna be with the site’s godawful redesign.

The correct take - it’s not as if Steamworld games haven’t made it to different platforms, as my Xbox completions of both Steamworld Dig 1 and 2 can attest to (2 was even on Game Pass for sometime, and they’ve also released to the PS3, PS4, etc.).

The game does look awesome. From the brief trailer, it looks like an action exploration game, but instead of shooting things, you’re sucking up corruption. I like it.
