A person with bad eyesight obviously. I marvel at how anyone can call the C4 an unattractive design. My take is that for them it’s too clean and unadorned because 90% of cars today are rococo and overdesigned and look like utter crap.  I also love the people who say these are underpowered: 5.6 seconds to 60 and low

First: Rob stated it was the L98 (yes, he’s incorrect with 350hp, probably mixed it up with 350ci). Has 250hp this year (not 230, 240, etc., those were previous years - 245hp auto, 250hp stick for 1990).

Just taking this opportunity to show my Sapporo.

I had an ‘87 Tercel coupe. Absolutely dreadful acceleration since I had the 3-speed auto. I hated the car for that reason. I would probably have loved it with the 5-speed. The interior, although plasticky, had these wonderful tweed-like cloth seats with built in headrests with a hole in them. Would probably have

Wow.  I want one like that so much.  Perfect (if stick of course).

4DSC on the Maxima was for 4 Door Sports Car, not Coupe.

My friend’s father in high school had one of these, black on black, and it looked nice, but my friend said it didn’t drive very well. I think his was an automatic. I remember he was perplexed about the rear bucket seats. It was a true 2+2; the rear buckets looked like scaled down versions of the front seats.
It seemed

Wow, I was wondering if Jalop would report on this! I have a 2001 Avalon and found this out a little after the new year when I saw the day wasn’t correct in the display.  I did what Toyota recommended: found a year with matching days.  Never thought it would actually be referenced in the manual though.

“If it flipped over, the A-pillars were certainly not capable of keeping my head from getting crushed.”

Can’t have new cars styled like this nowadays. The sloping hood would never meet pedestrian safety standards. It’s disappointing.

I had a 1981 automatic Accord sedan in silver as my first car, a hand me down from my mother. I loved that car. It was a surprise when I was in middle school and my father bought the car because he always owned large American iron - 70's Cadillac Eldorado, Devilles, Chevy Monte Carlo, etc. But he converted after

Either you’re old like me and don’t want to believe that it was that long ago or you need remedial math.

Hideous? Well, to each their own. To me it looks like a timeless classic design. These new huge grilled monstrosities being produced nowadays by many manufacturers? Those are hideous to me.

The asshats behind you who go over the double yellow to go around you while you’re making a right turn because they are too impatient to just slow down a little. Sometimes they do this even when there is oncoming traffic in the other lane. Even if there isn’t oncoming traffic I can’t f’ing stand it anymore. Stay in

Total CP. I would start at $1000 only because it is pristine and unused, then see what needs to be done to it for it to be truly roadworthy. That gets subtracted.

Even has the same torque figure: 156 lb-ft. However the Prelude’s torque curve doesn’t have a dip like the 86/BR-Z’s.

Both base cars and SHs had the same hp ratings. ‘97-’98 had 195hp, ‘99-’01 had 200hp.

I have a ‘00 black base model, 5 spd that I bought CPO in ‘02 with 22K. My DD, I now have 213K on it and I swear it drives 90% like new. I love that although it might look dated, it still looks good on the road compared to modern designs. I get a lot of compliments on how clean it is as well as offers on the car. I’m

“the new one whips the EM1’s ass in every appreciable way.”
