I’m conflicted. One one hand, that was the coolest shit I’ve ever seen. On the other, those players kneeling during a foofy pregame ritual was deeply upsetting.

The opposition to the DPi spec is flabbergasting to me, to be honest. It solves nearly every problem the series acknowledges that they’re trying to fix: manufacturer involvement, restrained costs, diverse power plants, and identifiable, supportable cars for fans.

Even though he’s still kind of playing himself, I recommend watching “The Other Guys.” I was expecting a much bro-i-er movie, but it was kind of subversive and smart, and had me laughing enough to justify the cost of the ticket.
