Yeah I usually refrain from bringing up age old gripes like the above. It’s just that it was an inauspicious start for Haryanto. I’m not sure if I want another Maldonado-esque driver.

I swear it’s like state sponsorship is a voodoo curse on a driver ( or a charitable way of saying he’s lacking in ability)
Metal As Merde sounds incredible!
man Newey’s a bona fide F1 legend for sure. I don’t blame him for wanting his Gordon Murray moment, creating a transcendental car. I’m not quite sure how this strategy works for Aston though, sure it generates press, but don’t they have a massive drain on their cash flow for the next few years revamping their entire…
interesting to note the tail lights there made it physically to the Vulcan.
I’d just like to make a small gripe about the interior layout. While I’m glad upon closer inspection, the climate control and music gubbins clearly look modern (someone needs to invent haptic feedback for touch panels like that so you can know what you’re pressing without looking - it’ll be huuuge). It’s just that I’d…
imo that new smaller engine could be the most important thing in the long run for the company I feel compared to the new models they speak of, which mostly sound like hybridisations of existing products and bodywork kits. Like you pointed out, the tub remains the same.
anyone else absolutely love those wing mirrors?
what’s with the VW group and wafer thin car width tail lamp assemblies?! First the Chiron and now this Lambo. clearly someone found loads in the parts bin.
excellent job on integrating the gills with the front wheel arch. that being said, I kinda feel visually, the rear wheel feels small, i know the rear haunches are sculpted but just feels like a lot of visual mass &/or sheet metal.
Tyler have they fit some new radar in there or just new avionics the reason behind the pointy ‘nose-job’ so to speak?
B-21 Black Mamba.
It’s not simply N.American production but globally. Unless by some miracle everyone can agree to cut production levels to shore up prices, only way the price adjusts beyond the new normal circa. $40 is if demand picks up again. Sure, as Buzz and a few others mentioned disturbance in the ME might prop up the prices but…
all this makes me think is that in some awful parallel universe where Bernie is the Pope, he sells the Vatican to Pablo Escobar to make into a coke lab
you make it sound like Old New Top Gear. Or a Jeremy Clarkson car advert.
what a fantastic piece. I remember the CLK, thinking as a kid how it looked kinda squashed.
How is the general shape of the car business at Mclaren actually? What with the horror season the race team had last year with the likely difficult season they have again this season, I was wondering as well, just how involved Dennis is with the other side of things.
Bit worrying when you think that Aston might be pawning the family gold for some hard cash as of now. I wonder how many Chinese auto firms get a leg up from the invaluable knowledge of basic things that they might pick up when they stump up the cash for say a Volvo for example. As in examples where it’s directly and…
Man, if someone coachbuilt that on top of the still born Jag CX75.. Bet the Stig’d cry rainbow tears.
oh my word that looks stunning. What is it? Is that a Marek design, as a study even or just some design students?
