I love these tilted launch cells so to speak. I’m sure the more modern VLS systems are the practical choice but they sure don’t look as cool seeing as they’re buried in the innards of a ship.

Considering it was for testing then yes, a wet deck was useful. What makes you say the deck wasn’t looking in shape?
