Someone told me that some chinese knockoffs are completely cloned apple products. Like the OS and everything is cloned too and it even works with itunes. I don't know how much of that is true.

Clock speeds and cores are getting crazier and crazier. Innovation in performance in that area is skyrocketing. Cant say the same about innovation in battery technology...
