Chicken wing is also the place where they inject steroids , so definitely the bad part to use as a broth. smh..if you want to use for broth, use leftover bones from chicken carcass instead.  

I don’t really recommend this porter bag. I have used one previously and the material doesn’t goes well with humid or wet weather. The material ( coated )will peel off after continuous contact with water. just my two cents.
