Thanks to our super strict gun controls laws, I feel way safer in NYC than I do in any open carry state.

Strangely, he actually didn’t get the idea from Australian Rules Football, but from watching a tape of Christian Hackenberg throwing the ball in pre-season.

“Football” being pretty generous in this case.

Most places call them editors.

Not sure what you guys are getting at but the fine citizens of LA have always supported the NFL. Hell, look how many Angelenos showed their support for the very first Super Bowl.

We’re all a lot happier living under the delusion that 2016 never happened. And 2017 is trying its best to be just as forgettable / regrettable.

I moved to LA in the mid-90s just as both teams were leaving, and left in ‘08. FWIW I remember seeing a lot more Raider gear than Rams stuff (though the Rams fans were more passionate). Rams fans seemed to be older and whiter. I suspect the residual fanbase for the Rams was not that great.

Thank God I’m not crazy. I didn’t want to be “that guy” correcting a detail that really doesn’t matter on the internet, so I was really doubting myself for a second if they were there last year.

I know we’ve all blocked it from our memories but I’m pretty sure last year still happened.

Having played his entire career in Detroit, and never getting to the second round of the playoffs.

I for one predict great things for him. In fact I can picture it now, a healthy Kenny Galloway announces the end of a Hall of Fame career, retiring at age 29.

I don’t care, I’m still going to do it now

It’s tricky to claim he fit the description of the shooter if there was no shooter.

Fit the description of what? The police didn’t even know what happened.

I’m cool with any cop with their body camera turned off for no reason being guilty until proven innocent. If they can turn them off and have zero repercussions when doing so then what’s the point of them?

To be honest, the cops probably can explain why they handcuffed/detained Bennett.

I’m going to go with “He’s black and we didn’t know he had the money to hire a bunch of lawyers” for 200.

Information becomes 30% grittier when it’s handled by Dustin Pedroia.

Lololol Red Sox (and New England sports in general).

Well, that’s it. I’ve gone through the eye of the storm. Gone to the other side of the looking glass. Crossed over. Whatever. However you want to put it, after 35 years as a Dallas Cowboys fan, I’m now actively rooting against my own team.
