If I hear one more time that it's the weight that causes pcos and not the other way around, I will not be liable for my actions.  I got the dx as a young teen, I was 5'6"and a size 3.  30 years later, 5'8" and a 22 on the bottom.  My boobs did a weird thing and ballooned up in my 30s, so my tops aren't 22.
