My point is that if you doubt arrest records than you look at the victimization rates from DOJ which paint the same picture as the arrest rates. Victimization information doesn’t come from cops but comes from a poll of victims.

When you have a population of information that attests to arrest rates for different crimes…

I think their gamble is that the virus is more widespread than previously thought, and although they may wind up with way more deaths than other comparable countries, they will achieve herd immunity faster than anyone esle and thus the impact on the economy will be less than other countries.

the interesting thing is that Sweden is basically the only country in the world doing the opposite of everyone else (basically business as usual with emphasis on social distancing).

So we should be able to see who had the better plan when its all said and done.
