I think it’s a great policy, however I’m not sure how it relates to my post. If someone has a criminal record, they’ve been found guilty. If your knee-jerk reaction to discussion rape or sexual harassment is to think “but what about false accusations?”, you should probably rethink that.

This entire conversation changes if women just report bad behavior when it happens.
