It’s definitely a newer vehicle. Probably a more modern F-Series, but the paint scheme is no accident.

It’s not the same truck—look at the details of the staircase and the rear fenders. And even in the cap above you can tell that the chassis is something newer than a 70s/80s Ford (though based on the gif someone else posted there were mulitiple versions of the stair car in AD, too).
