I will never forget the Element. It does and always will have a place in my heart.

I bought my Element brand new in 2005. She has almost 146k miles on her so far. I plan on driving my Element for the next 3-4 years and the my daughter will learn how to drive in it. Never had any issues, aside from the airbag recalls.

The video quality is really bad. Besides the horrible lens flare, the shutter/aperture transitions aren’t smooth. They switch from one to the other in steps and it makes the video look like crap. This is why action cameras like the GoPro are worth the extra cost. To me this, this looks like the same sensor/lens combo…
