The four that are big deal breakers for me are being rude to waiting staff/customer service, can’t show up to stuff on time, bad financial habits (ie. carrying credit card debt), disrespectful to me and my interests/hobbies, and unable to say what they mean or express needs.

I pay for everything on my credit card because I get points. I also pay of my balance completely twice a month so that I never (1) am carrying a balance and (2) have my card free in case I have a financial emergency.

I wouldn’t call it a red flag, but I would be concerned that they weren’t ready to take a serious relationship seriously.

Not being on time for stuff is a deal breaker for me. If they can’t manage their time to make it to things properly, it is not going to work.
