Telling a guy who’s worth 65 million bucks his career decisions are “silly.” LOL internet.

It’s about getting your fair cut and not being exploited. Not about being a paid whore.

I don’t see how it’s selfish to want a fair cut for something you’re DIRECTLY responsible for becoming something AND staying something. Fox has made a lot of billions off this show. They’re the selfish ones here.

As I’m struggling to recall the last time I’d consider him legitimately funny, I must challenge your thesis.

Started reading the headline thinking pantsless pervert was going to refer to the guy behind the podium with the mustache. Then finished headline and started laughing.

In fairness, what were the odds his helmet would hit anyone throwing it into the stands at an AFL game?

When she was referring to herself as a monster I took it as her being turned into an assassin as a kid was what she was referring to and not that she had been sterilized. Too much parsing and not enough taking into context out there.

Also, are we really picking apart the fact that the calm-Hulk-down move is called a “lullaby”? Hulk is like a giant, raging child. It makes total sense. The fact that Natasha is the key just speaks to their relationship.

Uh, she’s in charge of training, alongside Cap. Wouldn’t call that a “mommy figure”.

Folks have got to recognize that if the conversation opens with treating the representation of the Black Widow in the film like it is one of the ten greatest crimes of the 21st Century, then the conversation is going nowhere that will help anyone. For the same reason, if the conversation opens with “Shut up and like

Washington Post had a great counter argument to this:

She can’t just be the coolest aunt, or have made the valid choice that, as an assassin and spy, maybe kids are not in the cards for her. Or even the more radical choice that she just doesn’t want them. No, she can’t ever have babies, so her life is ruined. She is an incomplete woman.

People keep bringing this up. I think the reveal of her sterilization had more to do with her relationship with Banner than it being the crowning moment in her backstory. And as others have repeated, the tragedy of her sterilization isn’t that she can’t have kids, it’s that she had that choice taken away.

Nah, comics can tell smart and coherent stories, and often do.

This is a funny family of comments. I’m actually an avid Marvel comics reader—I’ve read every Avengers comic since the New Avengers launch with Bendis back when, and a good deal before, and more or less all the Spider-Man, X-Men, Cap, Iron Man, Thor, Hawkeye, GoG, Wolverine, Captain Marvel, Punisher, et al comics.

Really? You’re in a position to take shots after you defended your mistaken homonym by posting a link to the other word? That takes some serious balls.

Idiot.

This joke doesn’t work because it’s the Titans that are offering number 2. The devil is in the details.

I’m also willing to bet that the majority of people jeering in the comments have only ever driven on a track in Gran Turismo or Forza... some high-n-mighty armchair racers up in here lol

Laughing at amateurs doing poorly on “Amateur trackday” is just as morally wrong as laughing at fat people at the gym. Where would rather have them learn and experience how to control a car during a slide? On the streets, with you, your parents, your kids, etc on the sidewalk? Or over here on a track with lots of
