To be fair, this happens with every doughnut that appears in most offices.

Legally, I don’t think they have any recourse, even if they send him a cease-and-desist letter. Once he leaves the store (not even the state) they are his to do with as he pleases. Tweets and comments all over the place support him in this decision. It’s no worse than buying stuff to sell lemonade, or food items from…
People aren’t complete idiots
That promotional photo, which I’ve seen frikkin’ everywhere, tells me all I need to know about this film. If I were to watch it, I wouldn’t see the Joker, I’d see Joaquin Phoenix AAAAAAAHHHHCCCCTTTTIIIINNNNGGG.
Yeah, it really is too bad that managers don’t have any other option. Literally, all they can do is keep offering the job at minimum wage and deal with whatever under-qualified applicant walks in the door. I mean, they’ll turn off customers, and possibly go out of business, but what choice do they have? Offer higher…
Not to excuse it, but I understand the frustration. Unemployment is so low it’s created a labor crisis. You can’t find people, let alone good people. Managers in all economic sectors must have sleepless nights because they can’t find staff.
Jez needs to do a whole separate article about Rachel, I don’t know how you can go through that experience with Pedro and wind up that way.
Sean Duffy. I think they met during one of the Real World/Road Rules Challenges, and the world was made a little bit worse.
She’s married to that guy from The Real World Boston cast who is now a Republican Congressperson from WI. And she’s pregnant with baby #9....at age 47. Both Rachel and her husband are useless windbags with no redeeming qualities.
Haha! Yes! And he hated Judd because Judd got cast in his place.
Such a good season! I confess, I barely remember Cory. I do, however, remember Jo, who came in to replace Puck after he got the boot. Didn’t she have a dog she was forcing to be vegan? Wonder what happened to her.
I loved the first few seasons of the Real World. LOVED. I was in high school when this was on, and I was transitioning from growing up a fundamentalist Christian to becoming a liberal agnostic, and this show really opened my eyes in a lot of ways. Pedro deeply impacted our generation, his death was devastating.
Passenger in Pam’s car is a good description. In the same way some people don’t photograph well, it’s like his personality doesn’t translate well. . I kind of feel guilty saying it, because I feel certain Pam and Pedro wouldn’t have loved him if he was actually as insincere and blank as he seems on TV
I have the same reaction. I think he’s the proto-typical concern troll.
God, yes. Puck being such an asshole doesn’t make Judd any less a weenie. Remember when he dressed up in a tux and did This Is Your Life for Pam? He was kind of a proto-Nice Guy.
It’s not really her fault; some idiot asked her about it. It’s not like she “chose to take this stance” by scheduling a press conference to announce she wouldn’t go. Someone interviewing her asked her a question, and she answered the question presented to her.
Mayo does work & our family got them from a cruise ship many years ago. Since our kids were young we tried the non toxic stuff first. It worked perfect on 5 out of 5 people. If it does not work, it is because you did not coat the hair enough or did not leave it on for 6-8 hours. The mayo came out very easy including…
One other thing—when these employers do it they usually have your signature on a form of consent.
I'm fine with a potential employer doing a background check. I am NOT fine with any random person typing in my name and city and pulling up info.
These services can be helpful too, not only to the person searching but the subject of the search. I have hired many a nanny to watch my autistic son through using Intellius. It is difficult to hire someone for a disabled child because of the number of predators out there willing to take an opportunity to be alone…
