I'm trying to remember the last Tasty Oreo routine that didn't bore me to tears. Oh, yeah- the Sasha/Kent routine in Season 8. Before that, though… that might be the only one.

I have to think that the opening hip-hop number heavily featuring Mariah was a consolation prize for dancing the Jive. And the fact that they put it first is so that her hip-hop performance would offset her Jive performance.

Yep! As lesbian who loves television and loves fictional romance, I am so grateful to have a lesbian couple to follow whose drama stems from the fact that they're a couple, not the fact that they're lesbians.

If you don't like shows because everybody makes the same face in promo photos, I recommend you never watch LOST. You'll hate it so much.

I can't wait for you to watch the Season 6 finale.

And they showed the actual procedure. And they neither glossed over its impact on her life, nor did they show her later regretting it. Just perfectly done.

@persia2:disqus The repercussions were still being felt in Season 9!

I got completely sucked into the mentor/mentee relationship between Sandra Oh and William Daniel's characters. The fact that an honest, touching friendship between a Korean-American woman in her forties and a Caucasian-British man in his eighties could even happen on TV, let alone happen well, is impressive enough.

@avclub-29ca1aee6d72c68ec74f8e0c91008970:disqus It's what I've always wanted but never had the courage to ask for. Thank you.

Okay, I hope that this is not offensive, but holy cow, Fik-Shun looks like the Geico Gecko.

Why is SYTYCD hesitant to push studio-trained hiphop dancers? Even last year, they had a stepper who was very clearly also studio-trained, but the narrative they pushed was 'untrained street performer'. I would love to watch a versatile hiphop dancer succeed on the show again, instead of sort of cringing through

I mean, it was about Megan Calvet Draper (brunette in yellow) and Betty Hofstadt Draper Francis (blonde in blue), and how Don Draper is pulling them down… right?

No Comfort this year? No Comfort/Mariah piece? Somebody give me a table to flip over.

I'd like to submit last season's Eliana as a Dance Cyborg. She did everything just spot-on.

Christopher Scott was responsible for last year's Top 20 dance, Architect of the Mind. It is probably my favorite group dance in So You Think You Can Dance history. Excuse me while I go watch it again: http://www.youtube.com/watc…

ESPECIALLY after he knew how hurt she was when she got stripped of credit for the Glo Coat commercial.

The best young-actor casting was on LOST. I don't know how they found child actors that looked exactly like their adult counterparts, but by god, they did.

Porpoise Song is one of my favorite pieces of music, and certainly my second favorite use of music on Mad Men so far- first being the LSD-fueled mashup of I Just Wasn't Made for These Times and an old tin pan alley piece in Far Away Places.
