These were always expensive cars. It’s shocking to find one owner cars from people of limited means... “Wait, you paid $42,000 for this car in 1996?”

Pretty sure a new one today will run you around $90,000, and a Lexus LX570 (99% mechanically identical to the Land Cruiser) can easily hit $110k.
