I know a dealership that would list any loaner it had as “available for sale” once it reached I-dont-remember-thousand miles. The trick was the vehicle would show up on the Carfax “for sale” and the vehicle was in this weird new car/ CPO purgatory and who knows how long it would last there. They had over 30 loaners…
