If you haven’t, I highly recommend listening to the podcast “How I Built This - Herb Kelleher”. Most of those podcasts are great but he is the guy who created SWA and its a killer listen. Very insightful how the whole airline was created around these principals.

Not only does SWA have awesome customer service, but they also will book you on a later flight AT NO CHARGE as long as you call them and tell them you’re stuck in traffic and wont make the flight.
