I think you are wildly understating the expectations for the Bears. They are far and away the favorite to win the division. Or they were.

Agree. And add to this the infuriating “rookie” call where a rookie batter gets rung up on a pitch outside simply because they haven’t put in the years and built some silly report with the social climbing losers we call umpires.

Love that the whole Deadspin staff has been chugging the Kool-Aid. A bunch of morons who think that the world hasn’t changed since the invention of HDTV. Would you be happy watching provable inaccuracies over and over? It seems the whole staff believes progress should be stifled at all costs. Technology moves, rules

A more predictable headline and essay I could not imagine. Just shut up Billy.

Or a comma

You seem like kind of a massive prick. Also that first post was about Deadspin’s coverage of MLS.

What is the Euro Premier League? Yes, he’s too old and too much of a prick to play for the top teams in all of Europe anymore. (I mean I love the guy but I would never want him on the team I support because he’d set the locker room back 3 years)

Agreed. Like Billy noted they can spend big and they should in order to fill an immediate need and that was on defense. Wan-Bissaka and Maguire were expensive but necessary. Expelling Lukaku in favor of Dybala doesn’t make sense especially when there is so much other dead weight MU need to ship off to make room on

Leicester have been absolutely brilliant in the transfer market since they won the league. Getting max fees for Kante and Mahrez and flipping Maguire for nearly 8 times the money in a single season. Not to mention getting Chelsea to pay up for a season of Danny Drinkwater and a great signing for cheap in Maddison. If

Barry Zuckerkorn for Hillary. Bob Loblaw for Trump.

Enough with the Brazil politics shit. If you don't mention Neymar being a Bolsonaro supporter or half of the Brazil national team for that matter then fuck off.

you are not wrong. Every single team USWNT has faced is consistently trying to attack through the right side against her.

Yeah this is stupid and unnecessary commentary. None if the VAR calls were in correct.

Yes a trip and yes an embellishment. He flung his leg up into the air (and may have hurt himself doing so). Both should have gone but play should have been stopped.

This is so fucking stupid. All of this. The fact that I am writing this included.

For all the talk about the Pavelski injury against the Golden Knights I think that Hertl hit squares it. That was a major plus a game misconduct no doubt.

The ugly one who looks like a rat who got too much cheese.

A false equivalency. Drawing blood on a high stick is in the rule book. Getting a concussion and bleeding from the head from incidental contact after a cross check is NOT.

120M for Griezmann is a steal, especially for Barcelona. He is the only player to have performed consistently in the areas they are looking to compete in (La Liga, Champions League) especially considering how badly they have misfired with Coutinho AND Dembele. And he has remained healthy throughout, Sanchez & Torres

I don’t get this odd resignation to the fact that Atleti and similar teams are bound to lose their best players. Atleti have been in the Champions League final more recently than Barcelona, they are closer to winning La Liga than Real Madrid and they are now playing in one of the 5 best stadiums in the world.
