Just go to your local tracks and see. Stock cars don’t exactly do well on these international circuits. But they do just fine on the 1.5 mile and less small road courses. Meanwhile, I want to see what happens when the best of the best go racing with dedicated equipment.

You could always go watch some Spec Miata racing. It’s worth the effort, and a better use of your time over fake hipster-yawning at things too complex for you to properly appreciate.
