“Will it Waffle?” is an endlessly entertaining game. We’ve had good luck with tofu, leftover pizza (fold it over for an ersatz calzone) , leftover steak fries with cheese, quesadillas (aka quesadaffles *patent pending), hash browns (the stringy kind). Really the only limit is your imagination. 

These are great tips on getting a home bar off the ground. Another tip (which I mention on my cocktail blog mrmuddle.com) is to buy glassware from thrift stores. You can get some very unique coupes and rocks glasses for a dollar or two per glass. And if you need some recipes, my blog has plenty of those too!
