It is not just the car that needs to be in good driving shape, the driver must be too.

You know what really irritated me the most about this? Burbank is a reporter on Television, which is ALSO something people waste their lives watching. I just pictured someone watching his report and going "My God, he's right!" and turning off their TV and going outside. Does he not realize many people also escape

Well, it could be compared to watching ESPN... You don't play it yourself, but you are watching someone play a sport on television. Sure, some streams aren't really entertaining to watch, but others are more or less like a live radio show/podcast, which is the main reason why I watch/have a stream running in the

His position is so silly. Just replace video games with something like say, golf, and the argument becomes ridiculous. "Golf itself is a notorious time waster, why would we want to watch someone else wasting their time?"

I bet he went home and then sat and watched people play Football. You know because watching a group of people throw a ball back and forth is okay but watching teams strategically try to gank each other on a map in various games that are digital is just the height of laziness.

Silly generational divides.

Until they nerf the real world, im not going back. Shit out there is too OP

you say that like it wasn't a thing in the older games too.

Good article. If you drove a car long enough you should know how the car NORMALLY feels. If your vehicle starts to feel different, suddenly, pull over and find out what's going on.

I have a Roku 3 but Windows 7... too bad cuz I really need a better way to watch porn on the big screen. lol

I have that tree with the different color sky on my phone and with the parallax effect it's really cool... swipe one direction and the sky gets darker, swipe the other direction and the sky turns bright red.

Love these. I don't know why, but I thought everyone probably already had the tree one. Same with the starry night in the forest one in the post, but since that's probably my favorite wallpaper of all time and I wasn't sure, decided to keep it in.

We do the same with our cat, but I think you meant that you rotate them first in, first out. LIFO would mean the newest bag is the one that gets used next.

These are great points. I really need to do this with my next dog. Thanks for that outstanding advice.

Great idea. You should check your emergency kit every year and rotate stock.

A tip: Don't just get a pet carrier. Many areas ask you to train your pet to be comfortable in the carrier. If you only use it to take your pet somewhere it gets linked to an unpleasant feeling when you really want it to be their personal safe zone.

Yeah, and one thing people might miss is just having the TV on in the background when you're not really paying attention.

Here's something they don't tell you. You watch a lot less tv. There's nothing I was dying to watch anyway.

This a thousand times. My roommate always says PeerBlock is enough. He's been lucky so far, but given the amount he torrents, he'll get hit sooner or later.

I know people who have been torrenting since 2004, before that alt.binaries and never used a proxy and never gotten a DCMA notice. They watch their shows next day, from networks all over the globe.

RE: Cutting the cord will save a lot of money. We cut the cord a couple months ago. We already had the Netflix subscription, Amazon Prime, and media streamers (I assume those are also sunk costs for most other cable-cutters). After adding a Hulu+ subscription, we're still saving $70+ a month (which I consider a lot).
