I own 2(!) 2000 E39's and they've both been rock solid with minor repairs. Both nearing 80,000 miles.

I'm so sorry to hear this. Totally mortified. If you're ever in NY or LA. PM me at adanielr @ gmail.com. Drinks for you and your crew on me. And you can insult me all you want...just like when I'm with my closest friends back home.
Are you sure that wasn't that day that my girlfriend broke up with me? 2008? 2009? I'm usually pretty self-deprecating...and certainly my favorite opener is when strangers tell me what a terrible driver I am. :-)
Peers none
Not crazy.
Boring. Unimaginative.
I owned one. Worst 911 I ever owned. I DO recommend my 87 Targa, however, and the 96 Carrera I should not have sold.
Robert Opron. Like every year.
Wherever Hari Seldon tells them to.
As a home theater salesman, Dollman was THE demo DVD for everyone at Stereo Exchange NYC back in the day. A classic.
How about neither?
F**k Jessi Lang. What a shill. Phd? Try J-school ethics 101. Talking fuel additives is something Lieberman would never do.
Yup, and I love it even when I'm home, like today, because it's raining to much even for my poncho.
Yes. That's what my friends do!
I just hit 600 miles on my 2012 Morgan 3 wheeler, and took it to NJMSP yesterday. Lapping Lightning was...entertaining. At least my parking and insurance costs in Manhattan are way cheaper than my WRX! Love it. Amazing city car. Now if only someone made a Driving Snuggie/poncho.
Mine.
That's what my friends do.
Let's not omit the Citroen SM!
If you are capable of setting aside your issue with my famously bad personality, I cordially invite you to drive my 3-wheeler the next time you are in NYC, on the condition that you have two glasses of single malt with me afterwards to discuss. Neat.
Birdy NUM NUM!
